LEV2050 offers a microvinifications service in order to create personalized wines to the wills of the winery.

This way, we are able to produce an established method before harvest time.

Based on our experience, fulfilling more than 1500 microvinifications per year, we offer the opportunity to experiment in a smaller scale with several wines and variables (various grapes, oenological products, yeast, LAB, temperature, oxygen,…).
